Since 1949, tradition and modernity have driven our rapid development, which has been characterised both by success and continuity.

1949: Josef Weber founds the company

1949: Entry into the development and production of sealants

Early 50s: First production machine for manufacturing high temperature lutes

Late 50s: Increased demand requires an expansion of the production facility by larger machines.

1962: Artur Zipp appointed second general manager alongside Josef Weber

80s: The wezi-lit developmental lab

1985: Production of the first elastic cement K63

90s: The wezi-lit product line at the time

1995: Dr. Thomas Zipp appointed general manager alongside Artur Zipp

1998: Product launch W-1000: Development of the first segregation-free mineral cartridge cement

2017: After 47 years, Joachim Steiner hands over management of production and development to Benjamin Stolz.
